The Rominger West Wine Club is for those who love to sip 30 year-old Cabernet while sitting in a leather armchair reading Proust, and who often use phrases such as, “I’m getting acres and acres of earthy loam on the nose.”
Just kidding. We are a group of mostly local (Yolo and Sacramento counties) people who enjoy a good bottle of wine and good friends to enjoy it with. At Rominger West, we work on a “yum-to-yuck” scale when deciding if we like a wine, and we always suggest inviting a few family members or friends over to help you polish off that bottle of Yolo County Syrah.
Here are the basic facts about the fantastic deal that you will receive through our Wine Club (you won’t find this good of a deal anywhere else, I promise):

Our first winemaker dinner was a scrumptious success! Joy Reinhardt, owner of Sunshine Catering, provided a delicious 5-course meal. The food was fresh and local, and presented in a beautiful manner. The winemaker, Mark West, sat with the guests around the table in the cellar, surrounded by French oak barrels, and led the group through the wine pairings at each course. From the butter-lemon grilled shrimp appetizer with Rominger Ranch White to the dark chocolate mousse with Chapman Vineyard Red, it was an epicurean adventure to remember!
Join us next time, and bring your friends and family!
A note from a wine club member on the dinner:
“I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed Friday’s wine and food pairings. Everything was delicious, the wine perfect and the company fun to meet and hear about what they were doing. We look forward to another wine and food pairing at Rominger West!
Cheers,
Gwen”

…And one more little testimonial…
“We are having a lovely experience as Wine Club members. Since we live in San Francisco, it is difficult for us to make events at the winery, but we really appreciate the fact that you ship at a such a reasonable rate! We will likely order some more of the Ranch White soon as we would like to stock up before your supply runs out! We find it especially delicious with grilled pork!
Sincerely,
Erin”
Aw, we love you too!
